Password Requirements

Attention Customers:

Protecting your personal, business and account information is one of our highest priorities. Within the next 30 days, we will be strengthening our password criteria for online and mobile banking applications to be a minimum of 10 characters with a maximum of 17.

Passwords must contain at least 1 numeric character AND 1 uppercase character AND 1 lowercase character AND 1 special character. Ex: !Lov3F!@gl3r

After we implement the update, when you receive a prompt to change your password, the new requirements will be displayed.

To utilize the “FORGOT PASSWORD” feature, please make sure we have your current email address on file.
