COVID-19: A Message to Our Customers

We at Flagler Bank continue to keep abreast of the latest developments and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in reference to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We understand the concern you may be experiencing and are doing everything we can to ensure the health and well-being of our customers as well as our employees.

What we’re doing:

  • Our branches are being disinfected more frequently to rid surfaces of possible infection.
  • We are frequently disinfecting our branch location ATM’s, night depository and drive thru equipment.
  • We are educating our employees on the importance of social distancing, frequent hand-washing, sanitizing work spaces, etc.
  • We are asking employees to stay home if they are feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms.

What you can do:

Remain informed. If you are sick or showing symptoms of illness you should stay home, except when seeking medical care. With Flagler Bank, you have the ability to conduct banking transactions from wherever you are!

You have the capability to bank from the comfort of your home without having to visit a branch by using your Flagler Bank online banking services and/or Flagler Bank’s mobile banking app. You may also access your account information 24 hours a day via the automated Flagler Telebanc Service at (866) 256-3802.

With Flagler Bank’s online Billpay Service and Mobiliti you can manage your accounts anytime, anywhere. Both our online banking services and mobile banking app allow you to check balances, transfer funds, pay bills, view transactions, make deposits and manage your bank accounts on the go. It’s secure, convenient and free to all of our online customers.

If you have not signed up for our online services, please contact one of our friendly branch personnel today at (561) 432-2122.

We anticipate to be fully functioning during this unfortunate situation. Unlike many businesses that may have curtailed services, your bank will be available for customer needs throughout. If you must visit one of our locations, whenever possible, please consider using the drive thru, night depository or ATM.
